So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out.

Picture time!!!
Now the fun begins! We will meet at the planned location and talk to get to know each other. I will prepare the equipment so we can jump right into it and take your pictures.

Delivering photos
In just a short time you will receive an email with a link to a gallery. You will be able to select favorites, add notes, and purchase prints or downloads.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
That the most important thing is that you have a great experience and get the images you desire.
How many pictures will I receive?
Every shoot is unique and the amount of photos will be influenced by the style of shoot, location, and even the weather. We make sure to get the shots you want, and give you options to pick from for purchasing prints or digital downloads.
Do you do couples photography?
Yes, couples, kids, pets, families, just about anything and anyone you want can be in your photos.
What should I wear?
We will discuss the type of pictures you want to have and consider location, lighting, and a few other factors to help you come up with some ideas. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
How will I get my photos?
After our shoot I go back and cull through the images. I will create an online gallery and you will receive a link. Depending on what type of shoot, you may be picking photos to be edited, or choosing from the images provided for print or download.
How long will it take to get my finished photos.
Depending on the photo session type it could be in as little as a few days, to a few weeks and I will do my best to give you a better estimate when we talk.
image storage
We try to store files for as long as possible and have multiple back ups of photos. However once the images are delivered and your online gallery removed from my site we are not responsible for the long term storage of images. If you need to have your gallery restored to have online access there is a $50.00 fee to unarchive if we have them available. We ask that all clients download and make back ups of any of the images they wish to keep.
Booking Fees
25% of your agreed package price is due at time of booking to reserve your date. This fee is non-refundable and covers initial set-up and communication, planning, and blocking off of a specific date and time.
Cancellations
If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and we will not be able to schedule with you again. Please understand that we are blocking off a date and time for you and that spot is yours. Please call us if there is an emergency or other issue.
rescheduling
Life happens, we understand that please do your best to reach out before 48 hours if something has come up. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session please call to reschedule as we want you at your best for your images. Certain sessions like sporting events it may be out of your control if the event cancels, we ask that you do your best to communicate this to us and we will do ours to work with the adjusted schedule. Weather is going to do what it wants, and we do our best to work with our Florida weather.
On Time
Please ensure to plan enough time to be at your session when planned, if you are running late please contact us as soon as possible and understand that you may loose session time. If you are more than 30 minutes late with no contact we will consider the session cancelled and apply or no call no show policy.
